Apply
Company name, registry link, VAT ID, brands and delivery terms. We verify the company within one business day and reply by email.

Upload your price list or connect the API
Upload the XLSX or CSV you already maintain, in EUR, USD or UAH: we map the columns and the next file updates the same positions. Or connect the API so stock and prices sync from your own system automatically.

Approve dealers
Ukrainian retailers and installers apply to buy from you. You see who they are and what they sell, then approve with a price group or decline.

Paid directly
Dealers order, you confirm, issue your invoice and ship. The buyer pays you directly. The platform never holds the money.

What we ask from you
Three things to start and one optional.
Outside sanctioned jurisdictions, no owners from Russia or Belarus, nobody on Ukrainian, EU, US or UK sanctions lists.
A file in any common format, stock updated at least weekly. Dealers see the update date.
A service partner in Ukraine or clear return terms. Offers with local service get a badge.
Or a Ukrainian representative. Without it, offers are shown only to buyers who import directly.
FAQ
What export managers ask on the first call.
Will my competitors see my prices?+
No. Prices are visible only to dealers you approved personally, unless you open them to all verified buyers. Supplier accounts are separate: another supplier cannot register as your dealer. Wholesale pages are closed to search engines.
Who clears customs and pays duties?+
It depends on the Incoterm you choose. With DDP you or your forwarder do; with DAP, CPT, EXW and FCA the dealer does through a customs broker. Dealers see an estimated landed cost next to non-DDP offers.
Can I quote in EUR or USD?+
Yes. Set the currency per price list or per position. Dealers see your currency and an indicative UAH amount at the National Bank rate. Invoices and payments are between you and the dealer.
How does warranty work?+
You name who handles warranty in Ukraine: your service partner, the brand's official service centre, or the dealer with your spare parts support. Dealers see this next to the price before they order.
Do I have to integrate my ERP?+
No. Uploading a price list file whenever convenient is enough. If you want stock, prices and orders to sync with your own system, there is an API with webhooks and public documentation: solar-catalog.com.ua/api/supplier/docs?lang=en.
What about sanctions?+
We check every supplier against EU, US, UK and Ukrainian sanctions lists, including beneficial owners, and repeat the check periodically. Companies from sanctioned jurisdictions or with sanctioned owners cannot be listed.
