Supplier Terms

These terms apply to companies that publish a wholesale price list in the Solar Catalog supplier account. By applying, you accept them.

1. Who can be a supplier

A registered company or sole proprietor supplying equipment for solar power systems. We verify the company in the registry before approval.

We do not accept companies from Russia or Belarus, companies with beneficial owners from there, or companies and persons on Ukrainian, EU, US or UK sanctions lists.

2. Role of the platform

Solar Catalog connects suppliers with retailers and installers. The platform is not a party to the supply contract and does not buy or sell the supplier's goods.

Dealers pay for goods directly to the supplier against the supplier's invoice. The platform does not receive or hold these funds.

3. Wholesale prices

Wholesale prices are visible only to buyers you give access to: approved dealers or, if you choose, all verified retailers and installers.

End customers, guests and search engines do not see wholesale prices. Another supplier cannot become your dealer.

4. Price list and stock

You are responsible for keeping prices, stock and lead times up to date. Dealers see the date of the last update.

A sharp price change from a file (over 40 %) is not applied until you confirm it, so a currency or column mistake does not reach dealers.

5. Recommended retail price

You can set a recommended retail price. It is only a guide: each dealer sets the customer price. The platform does not restrict dealer prices or help to police them, because Ukrainian competition law prohibits imposing resale prices.

If you sell to end customers yourself, you do it through a separate retail store and not below your own recommended price.

6. Personal data

When drop-shipping to a dealer's customer you receive only delivery data: name, phone, town and delivery point. Using it for marketing or any other purpose is prohibited.

Recipient data is hidden 30 days after the order is completed.

Demand for your brands is shown anonymously: in ranges, without names of buyers or retailers.

7. Warranty and quality

The supplier is responsible for product quality and warranty service within the terms stated in the supplier account.

8. Official supplier badge

The badge is granted only on a document from the brand: a distribution agreement or letter. It cannot be bought.

9. Costs

The supplier account is free at launch. If paid services appear, we will announce them in advance; the basic account and price list stay free.

Supplier rankings are not for sale.

10. Suspension

We may suspend an account for breaching these terms, false information or dealer complaints, stating the reason.
